Hotel Booking Terms & Conditions

By booking accommodations for any destination wedding, vacation, tour, package or other through Paradise Bliss Travel and Destination Weddings, LLC (“Travel Planner”), you agree to the following:

  1. Independent Role
    Paradise Bliss Travel and Destination Weddings, LLC acts solely as an independent travel planner and does not own, operate, or control the hotel, resort, airline, or any travel supplier. All arrangements are subject to the terms of the supplier providing services.

  2. Guest Responsibility
    Guests are solely responsible for their conduct during travel. Paradise Bliss Travel and Destination Weddings, LLC assumes no liability—financial or otherwise—for injuries, damages, losses, penalties, or costs resulting from inappropriate, illegal, or disruptive behavior.

  3. Travel Documentation
    A valid passport is required for international travel. Each guest is responsible for securing proper documentation (passports, visas, vaccinations, etc.) and ensuring legal eligibility to travel. Paradise Bliss Travel and Destination Weddings, LLC is not responsible for denied entry, deportation, or related costs due to incomplete or invalid documentation.

  4. Payments & Cancellations

  • Payments must be made in full by the final due date provided at booking.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless specifically stated by the travel supplier’s cancellation policy, or travel insurance has been paid in full and arrnaged with PBW at the time of booking.

  • Credit card payments will be processed directly by the supplier. Refunds, if applicable, will be issued by the supplier and not processed as a credit card return or chargeback. Guests are responsible for any bank fees or declined transactions.

  1. Travel Insurance
    Travel insurance is strongly recommended. Guests who decline insurance assume all financial risk for cancellation, medical emergencies, or travel disruptions.

  2. Force Majeure
    Paradise Bliss Travel and Destination Weddings, LLC is not liable for delays, cancellations, or changes caused by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including weather, strikes, natural disasters, pandemics, or government actions.

  3. Acknowledgment
    By confirming and submitting payment, guests acknowledge that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions.
