Our love story

Kristin and Steve met in the summer of 2018 after both “swiping right” on Tinder. After a few days of texting, they met up for a brunch first date. They both knew this was something special as they became an official couple at a Jason Mraz concert just a few short weeks after their first date. Kristin and Steve combined households and dogs (Murphy and Irie) with the addition of Cora cat and the rest is history.

Kristin and Steve got engaged October 15th. While Kristin was at a Pink concert with her mom, Steve decorated the house with rose petals, candles, and photos from the past 6 years. He also wrote a song about their lives together that was playing in the background while he proposed. Kristin was blown away by the thought and consideration that went into the proposal and of course said “YES!”

We are so excited to share our special day with you in the Dominican Republic. We chose this location for many reasons but one special reason is this is where we took our first vacation as a couple in December of 2018.
