Our love story
Amanda and Jr.'s love story kicked off with a swipe right in 2022—just like so many millennial fairy tales! They met on a dating app and haven't looked back since. Their first date? A laid-back dinner at Jolly Pumpkin that got an unexpected twist when Jr.'s buddy decided to crash it! Since then, they've had their fair share of adventures, from traveling to new jobs, selling two houses to buy one together, and diving headfirst into home renovations. Along the way, they’ve created unforgettable memories with Violet, making every moment count!

After two years of hopping between Brighton and Royal Oak, Jr. finally decided it was time to make it official and popped the question. Amanda thought she was just planning a birthday getaway to Nashville with family and friends to celebrate Jr.'s 39th, but little did she know, she was in for the surprise of a lifetime.
While getting ready for a night out, Amanda heard someone calling her name downstairs. Curious, she made her way down to find none other than Jr. on one knee, with Violet’s adorable voice echoing in the background, asking, “Will you marry my daddy?” And just like that, the cutest proposal video played, sealing the deal.
What was supposed to be a birthday bash quickly turned into an engagement celebration, with private concerts at the Airbnb, bar-hopping with family and friends, and live music filling the air. It was a weekend Amanda will never forget, all thanks to Jr.'s unforgettable surprise!
