Our love story
Our love story is a classic example of "right place, right time." After hanging out in similar circles during our time at Michigan State University but never becoming super close, COVID-19 hit and the pandemic brought Megan back home to Grand Rapids where Andres was living. After several conversations, we finally decided to hang out just the two of us and never stopped.
she said yes!
After two years of traveling back and forth between Ludington and Grand Rapids, Andres decided to travel 10 hours down to Gatlinburg, Tennessee where Megan was vacationing with her family. While walking through the Smokey Mountains to take pictures with the family, Andres appeared on a bridge, got down on one knee, and proposed to Megan surrounded by family. Of course, she said YES!
